Experience

Robert M. Dunnigan, President

Robert has over 35 years of experience in the seed industry, both as a grower and as a dealer. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University with degrees in economics and plant sciences. Robert is well versed on potato diseases and cultural methods and has many years of roguing experience.

He has worked extensively with the congressional delegation from North Dakota attempting to insure that the laws of free trade apply equally to growers in both the U.S. and Canada. Robert has worked diligently on storage management to insure clean seed storages and equipment. He spent nearly 20 years managing, studying, and developing storage techniques from harvest through shipping. An area of particular concentration for him has been the physiological aging of tubers.

Dunnigan is a member of "Outstanding Young Men of America", "Who's Who in America", and has served his community on the Airport Authority Board, the Park Board, and the City Council.

Virginia L. Dunnigan, Office Manager

A graduate of the University of Minnesota and former manager of Missouri Basin Potato Association, Virginia is an expert organizer and a stickler for details. As the office manager for Arctic Farms, 3-D Sales, and RMD Potato Sales, she has extensive experience working with the rail and truck industries and makes sure that each load is backed with all of the appropriate and detailed records.
